  • We offer 4 types of lace colours - Transparent, light, medium & HD Lace (thin lace).
  • If you are Caucasian order transparent lace or HD Lace.
  • If you are Fair skinned order transparent, light lace or HD Lace.
  • If you are Brown or Dark skinned order brown lace HD Lace.
  • Lighter lace can be tinted darker, however, dark lace cannot be lightened.

No. The bleach is used to lighten the knots on the frontal and not to change the colour of the lace. However, the lace can be tinted to change it colour. Lace cannot be lightened.

  • 2.5 bundles and lace frontal / closure for 16"
  • 3 bundles and lace frontal / closure for 18" - 22"
  • 3.5 bundles and lace frontal / closure for 24" - 26"
  • 4 bundles for 28" - 30"

On average 2.5 / 3 bundles for a full head installation with a lace closure / lace frontal. However, you can add as many bundles as you desire. Typically you only need 2 bundles with a 360 lace frontal.

Appointments

It means  that month is either Fully Booked or slots have not been put up yet.

Slots are usually put up for the next month 1 - 2 weeks prior

Yes, the deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

Please contact us to cancel your appointment. However, in an event of a cancellation, deposit are not refundable.

You may reschedule your appointment yourself 7 days prior to your appointment, otherwise you may contact us no later than 3 days prior to your appointment to do so.

Failure to reschedule your appointment 3 days prior to your appointment will result to a  loss of deposit.

Yes, you can book an appointment, post your hair to us and we will ship back once your service is complete. Please select the appropriate shipping add-on option when booking your service.

Yes. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp, if you want an emergency appointment. There is a fee of £50 on top of your service if booking 1-2 days before.

You will need to book a separate appointment per required service. If you are booking for both a colouring service and an installation service, you will need to book 2 separate appointments.

No, but you may reschedule. If you have a no show or cancel 1- 2 days prior to your appointment, you may be unable to reschedule and will therefore lose your deposit and have to book a new appointment.

Please be considerate and contact us before your appointment if you are bringing someone along with you. Please stick to a maximum of 1 guest if you are unable to come alone. Thank you for your co-operation.
