Shipping Information

All EA Hair Wigs are custom made therefore processing time for the item is 5-10 days. Once your order is with us, we will process the order  within 3 - 7 days and shipping will take 1-3 business days. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. For the security of your purchase, ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package isn't able to be collected after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, delays due to the holiday or loss during postage.

Payment

When purchasing your credit card data is sent to PayPal so that they can process the payment. We do not store full payment information on our servers. During transmission, card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) or Verified by Visa if doing direct bank transfer. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of EA custom to your need products, all sales are final, and returns are not permissible.

However, if you change your mind about the product and would like a full refund or a different wig design, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period and once the processing has begun, a refund will no longer be permitted, and we may be unable to change the wig design.

Once you receive your wig unit, if there are issues with the initial construction of the wig, EA’s team is happy to help advice and support you in making your wig dreams come true. Contact us via email: contact@ea-hair.com OR fill in a contact form on our website. Please Note: You only have 7 days from when you receive your product to contact us for alterations, and the wig unit must not be manipulated. After this period, your sale is final and we are not permitted to make any alterations without charge.

If the alterations required is news to us, and you just decided you want a different style or colour, you will have to book a service and pay for the changes to be made.
